Project Description: The project consists of one building: A new 6,225 square foot single story building for a retail store, associated storage, and training center. The building will have a frost wall foundation, slab on grade floor; a mix of wood studs, metal studs and masonry wall construction with wood roof trusses and membrane roofing. Exterior finishes include masonry, EIFS, composite panels and trim and an alternate for metal panels.
