Park St. Gillett, WI 54124. This facility houses New View Industries, a division within the Oconto County Health and Human Services department. The current single boiler unit is to be replaced by a new two boiler system which should reduce the risk of down-time operations should a failure occur. The new system will be located in the current utility room that houses the current boiler. This room is approximately 11.5' x 16' and should have adequate space for a new two boiler system. The approximate size of the heated space within the building is 11,000 sq. ft. It is highly suggested that the vendor tour New View before bidding to ensure a bid with adequately sized boilers.
