Further detailed information regarding design and construction has not been identified. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Clarence (Owner) is soliciting proposals from a qualified architecture/engineering (A/E) firm to provide professional services for the design and engineering of approximately 72,000 square feet of new highway department facilities as well as existing building demolitions and/or modifications and pocket park to be located at 6185 Goodrich Road in Clarence, New York. The scope of professional services is to include Schematic/Design Development Phases, Construction Document Phase, Contract Award (Bidding) Phase, and Construction Contract Administration Phase services. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
