Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,500-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
**General Bid Deadline: 09/17/2020 02:00 PM The project consists of the Comfort Station and Welcome Center facilities in two buildings totaling approximately 2,500 GSF and associated utility, site, and landscape work on two sites at the corner of Beach Road and Cable Avenue in Salisbury Beach. The work is estimated to cost $4,000,000 (including all alternates). Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work -- General Building Construction and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement (Form CQ 3). General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Town of Salisbury The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
