The Texas State University System on behalf of Texas State University, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for the selection of a Construction Manager-at-Risk firm for the University Police Department Building project , on the Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas campus. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Qualifications, waive any formalities or minor technical inconsistencies, or delete any item/requirements from this RFQ when deemed to be in Owners best interest. The Owner designates the following person as its representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFQ.
