Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 117,980-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of the project includes demolition, earthwork, utilities, storm drainage, concrete pedestrian paving, asphalt vehicular paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete flume/valley gutter, wheelstops, accessible ramps, ornamental fence, fence columns, ornamental gate, post and cable fence, signage, landscape, turfgrass and decomposed granite at the San Marcos Gary Sports Complex. The estimated construction cost of the project is $1,496,000. The Owner will consider all inquiries received at least fifteen (15) calendar days received prior to the bid opening date. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any minor informality in any Bid or solicitation procedure, whenever the City deems the rejection or waiver to be in its best interest (a minor informality is one that does not affect the competitiveness of the Bid).
