For a good understanding of the project and the work required, you will notice that this project is divided into two distinct phases. The first phase, linked to this mandate, consists briefly of: Carrying out demolition work, including the two existing access points annexed to the building, including the emergency exit (metal ramp and staircase); Construction of the two extensions which will be annexed to the existing building; Construction of a sanitary space and an additional mechanical room in the basement; Installation of new service pipes including an electrical and communications pipe buried to the building; Carrying out work to bring heating, electricity and fire protection up to standard, as well as work to facilitate universal accessibility to the two expansions; Carrying out certain selective landscaping work. The second phase, outside the contract, mainly concerns the interior and exterior restoration of the existing building and the renovation of the three (3) existing rooms.
