Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 29,116-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new pumping station and force main in the Port Lands area. The project site is bound by Commissioners Street to the north, and by ready-mix concrete plants to the south, west and east. The project site comprises three buildings. The North Building and the South Building are separated by a firewall. The North Building is 36.5 m x 30.8 m and the South Building is 54.8 m x 30.8 m. The SPS project includes the demolition of the North Building to give space to the sewage pumping station. TIMELINE: Designs are ongoing. Owner is awaiting site plan approvals with the city of Toronto. Tender will proceed pending owner's decision to proceed per capital budget scheduling. Further update fall 2026. *Construction cost is an estimate only.
