Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 29,116-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new pumping station and force main in the Port Lands area. The project site is bound by Commissioners Street to the north, and by ready-mix concrete plants to the south, west and east. The project site comprises three buildings. The North Building and the South Building are separated by a firewall. The North Building is 36.5 m x 30.8 m and the South Building is 54.8 m x 30.8 m. The SPS project includes the demolition of the North Building to give space to the sewage pumping station. TIMELINE: Detailed designs are underway. Owner is awaiting site plan approvals with the city of Toronto. Tender will proceed pending owner's decision to proceed per capital budget scheduling. Further update early spring 2026.
