Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Quantico, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Wicomico County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to contract the construction of site work for Pirate's Wharf Park, which is to consist of: site grading, installation of stone dust, paved and concrete walking trails, site vehicle access and parking features, storm water management structures, installation of well and septic, construction of a timber observation deck, and assembly and installation of interpretive signage, in conformity with the specifications detailed in the Bid Documents.
