Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Decatur, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Replacement of existing valves, hydrants and on the east and west lagoon water and sludge distribution piping systems. The work entails removal and disposal of the existing piping system; system components will be replaced with new infrastructure and site restoration. Adjacent to the lagoon, there is an existing 6" storm drain system that is to be upgraded and inlets to be installed. The storm system upgrade will require removal and disposal of vegetation along the western berm of the lagoons and re-establishing grade appropriate for stormwater runoff.
