The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Contract for the Natural Bridges Viewing Platform and Trail Rehabilitation at Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor located at Natural Bridges Overlook - 11 miles north of Brookings on Hwy 101, 16 miles south of Gold Beach, Curry County, Oregon for the benefit of Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. It is the Offeror's Responsibility to Read All Solicitation Documents. All Inquiries Must Be Submitted Within the Timeline and as Instructed Below. Method of Submitting Requests for Modification of Itb Provisions: The DEADLINE for all Specification protests, requests for brand approval, requests for substitution, requests for clarification and requests for changes is: 10:00 AM September 6, 2019. All requests must be in writing, mailed, faxed, emailed or hand delivered on or before this time and date. All prospective Offerors should read thoroughly all solicitation documents prior to requesting clarification. PROJECT ESTIMATE: The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $50,000 - $60,000 Liquidated damages of $200 per calendar day will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB. (See Exhibit 5 for detailed information) TOBACCO FREE PROPERTIES: Offerors need to be aware that Executive Order 12-13 established statewide policy that properties wholly owned or leased by the State of Oregon shall be tobacco free.
