Current Roadblocks and Barriers to Success -Roadblock 1: Access to the site, overgrown -Roadblock 2: If the project needs to go through a state plan review as the wells are listed as inactive and emergency. -Roadblock 3: Does the project just require switching out controls, updating equipment or will it require more substantial re-construction. -Roadblock 4: Own portable pumps to do testing.
