The project consists of the construction of a new single story 11,396 square foot addition, including a new basketball gymnasium, bleachers, coach s office, two team rooms, toilet rooms, concessions, housekeeping, mechanical room, storage, and common space. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. A Bid Bond is required, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds satisfactory to the owner in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount.
