Renovation of a military facility in Bluffdale, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 168,619-square-foot, one-story above grade military facility.
Only General Contractors Pre-qualified during stage I of the RFS are allowed to bid on this project. Construction Cost Estimate - Building 4101: $400,000 Construction Cost Estimate - Building 4141: $400,000 Project is to remodel two adjacent restroom buildings which are attached to housing quarters. These restrooms serve as restroom facilities for troops returning from field exercises who will temporarily be housed in the temporary housing units at each building The project will require a base bid price for each project number. The contractor with the lowest combined price for both projects will be awarded the contract. For billing purposes and plans and specifications, these projects must remain separate throughout the overall project but the construction will be by one construction contract to one contractor RESTROOMS REMODEL - 19346480 & 19345480 Provide labor, transportation, materials, tools, appliances and utilities necessary for the following: 1. Relocated Products: a. Removing installed product from the Owner's existing facility, as required. b. Transportation of product from Owner's facility to the job site. 2. Receiving and storage of Owner furnished, Contractor installed product, as required. 3. Providing materials and components for the product as necessary to install in an operating condition, but not including repairing of existing damages to the product. 4.
