Question Submission Close Date 10/19/2023 3:00 PM MDT ONLY FIRMS PRE-QUALIFIED DURING STAGE I OF THE RFS ARE ALLOWED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: CAMP WILLIAMS BLDG. 5131 MSTC REMODEL UTAH NATIONAL GUARD CAMP WILLIAMS - BLUFFDALE, UTAH DFCM PROJECT #23426480 Project Description: Interior remodel to meet users current needs; update existing plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems; update toilet rooms for accessibility; update exterior building finishes. Project Description/Base Bid: Interior remodel to meet users current needs; update existing plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems; update toilet rooms for accessibility; update exterior building finishes. Additive Alternate No. 1: Remove existing asphalt composition shingles and underlayment and replace with new prefinished standing seam metal roofing over ice and water shield. Refer to roof plan and details on sheet A-400 Additive Alternate No. 2: Apply EFIS wall finish over ALL existing exterior CMU walls. Refer to elevations on sheet A-200. Additive Alternate No. 3: Cut and remove existing 10" Conc. Floor slab in validation rooms and replace with new 4" conc. Slab over 6" + additional gravel base. Slab to be reinf. With 1.9x1.9/6"x6" WWM. Slpe slab to new floor drains. Construction Cost Estimate: $2,100,000.00
