Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Bluffdale, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This project is the remodeling of restrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. This project will require the work on these restrooms to be separated into 2 phases. Phase 1 set of restrooms will have to be completed before phase 2 can begin. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications.
