Description

Renovation of a military facility in Bluffdale, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The supply and return fans shall be updated to a fan array. Fan array will provide integral VFDs and a control panel. The basis of design will be Huntair. AHU housing will be provided with the required modifications to the internal seals and doors. Doors shall be replaced and properly oriented. Each contractor shall carry a $30,000 contingency in base bid.
