Project Description: Bring the building up to current safety and energy codes. To include: update the mechanical system by replacing the existing furnaces and ductwork; update the existing electrical system to include code required disconnects and lighting upgrades; increase energy efficiency by adding EIFS system to the exterior of the building and replacing old, inefficient windows; adding a fire suppression system that includes a new fire riser and mechanical room with all associated mechanical and electrical systems; refresh the interior by re-painting and reflooring. Base bid must include an allowance of $176,500.00. Construction Cost Estimate: $2,000,000.00
