Requested services include but are not limited to: project management, environmental studies and documentation, environmental permitting, bridge design, structural design, roadway design, hydrology/hydraulic design, geotechnical services, hazardous materials assessment, subsurface utility engineering, utility coordination, development of preliminary/final right of way plans, value engineering, development of preliminary/final construction plans, pavement marking and signing plans, constructability review, construction phase services, engineer's estimate/project specific special provisions and other related duties deemed necessary.
