Contract 072121-Northside includes: Northside Hangar Development (Paving and Lighting) Bids must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank good faith check, or other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount of bid and made payable to the order of the Washington County Commissioners. Only the Bid Securities listed will be accepted. The successful bidder shall be required to pay his employees at wage rates not less than those published in the PA State Wage Rates Bureau of Labor Law The Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bid proposals.
