Items 1 through 18, should be bid with a concept that each is being purchased more or less in terms of quantity. The Township will then review the proposals. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by Buffalo Township. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Buffalo Township. Buffalo Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
