**Project Cancelled** The Industrial Development Authority of Dickenson County, Virginia (IDA) desires to contract with an experienced Design-Build Team for the design and construction of a new Food Bank facility to be located on Browning Hollow Road in Clintwood, VA. The proposed new Food Bank is to be a stand-alone building of approximately 3,900 square feet, consisting of one story and include warehouse space of approximately 3,000 square feet with overhead doors and exterior loading area; a lobby/waiting area; one large office; one small office; and a staff restroom. An option of a facility of approximately 2,900 square feet that includes 2,000 square feet of warehouse space with overhead doors and exterior loading area; a lobby/waiting area; one large office; one small office; and a staff restroom will be considered.
