Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,839-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

AS of Oct 10 , 2019 project was not yet awarded. New Medical Office Building Keith Street Primary CareEHS Project NO: 301811.1 INVITATION TO BIDA. Sealed bids are hereby solicited from Qualified General Contractors for providing all supervision, labor, materials and equipment required to execute the Work described in the Drawings and Specifications entitled: A New Medical Office Building Keith Street Primary Care B. Note: All bidding Contractors are required to submit an AIA A305 Contractors Qualification Statement within their Sealed Bid Envelope on Bid Day. Previous and successful projects of a similar scope must be shown within the AIA 305 Qualification Statement. Questions received through September 12th, 2019 will be considered from all bidding Contractors. All questions should be e-mailed to the architect above, and copied to the e-mail address of Chuck Arnold with the Owner. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days from the above stated bid date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities therewith. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the base bid will be required to accompany bids as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders for this project.
