All questions shall be directed to Josh Snyder, P.E., Assistant City Engineer in writing via email at jsnyder1@ci.sandusky.oh.us no later than Monday, September 9, 2019 at 8:00am Prevailing Wage Rates and the City's Equal Opportunity Requirements are applicable to the Contract.
