The existing magnetic flow meters on the PE and RAS pipelines in the aeration galleries are critical for evenly distributing flow to all six aeration basins and are nearing the end of their useful life. The flow meters on the PE and RAS pipes shall be replaced concurrent with the pipe rehabilitation work on these pipelines. In addition, the WAS flow meter (located near the Solids Building) shall be replaced too.
