**As of October 29, 2019, the project has been awarded for $28,927.10.** The City of Weston is accepting quotes (informal bids) shall be accepted from qualified and experienced contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, and safety measures to install exhaust fan in traffic signal generator cabinets at various locations throughout the City (Exhibit C). The general scope of work includes but is not limited to cut aluminum enclosure and install 12 shutter mounted exhaust fan in cabinet, repair or replace 5 exhaust fans as needed, and perform minor enclosure repairs. The work shall be in accordance with the project documents attached herein: a) Scope of Work (Section 1.03 below) and b) Terms and Conditions of the City of Weston Purchase Order (Exhibit A), attached. Contractors shall have a minimum of five years of experience in work similar to the scope defined above for this project. Contractors shall have been incorporated and in continuous operation for a minimum of the past five years from the date that this bid is issued. Contractors shall be fully licensed with all required State and/or Local government licenses - copies of the licenses shall be provided. All the requirements stated herein, and the Terms and Conditions of the City of Weston Purchase Order shall apply. The City reserves the right to: Award all or a portion of the services as determined to be in the best interest of the City. Award to one or more than one Contractor as determined to be in the best interest of the City. Reject any or all bids if found not to be in the best interest of the City.
