Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Weston, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Bids shall be accepted from qualified licensed general contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, permitting, safety measures and all other necessary incidentals for synthetic turf replacement at Rinks #2 and #4 located at 20200 Saddle Club Road, Weston, Florida 33327. Scope of work includes the removal and disposal of existing turf system and shock/drain pads, clean & prepare existing concrete rink surface for a new shock & drain pad, furnish & install specified shock & drain pad, synthetic turf system and natural infill. Bid Bond $5,000.00 or 5% percent of the Bid amount Failure of a bidder to be present for the entire mandatory pre-bid conference, beginning at the time stated above and concluding at the dismissal of the mandatory pre-bid conference by the City, shall render a bidder to be deemed non-responsive and the bid shall not be considered for award. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Westonstaff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
