Denison Municipal Utilities (Denison, IA) is currently accepting quotes for electrical substation work involving replacement of a 69/13.2 kV power transformer. Description of project: Existing transformer primary, secondary, and control connections will be disconnected and removed by others. Proposed transformer will be delivered to the site, set on the foundation, assembled, and field tested by others. Scheduled delivery is 12/1/19. Contractor shall: Complete removal of existing transformer power and control cabling. Install new and modify existing PVC conduit. Install new power and control cabling. Make proposed transformer primary, secondary, and control connections.
