Q & A deadline: Sep 10, 2019 5:00:00 PM EDT The intent of this re-solicitation is to add one or more vendors to cover transfer stations service in the North Phoenix area as follows: Cave Creek transfer station-zip code 85331, New River transfer station-zip code 85086, Morristown transfer station-zip code-85342 and Aquila transfer station-zip code 85320. Vendors(s) must be able to accommodate all standard size disposal units, including a 53 walking floor trailer along with roll-off trucks with 40 yd. containers. The vendor(s) award multiple contracts whereby contractor(s) will allow County to dispose of materials in the contractors landfills/transfer station facilities. These landfill services will be used by various County departments throughout Maricopa County. Bid only on items that your facility has been approved to receive per your operating permit(s). For those unacceptable disposal items or items your facility is not permitted to manage, please indicate No Bid. Other governmental entities under agreement with the County may have access to services provided hereunder (see also Sections 2.10 and 2.11, below). The County reserves the right to add additional contractors, at the County sole discretion, in cases where the currently listed contractors are of an insufficient number or skill-set to satisfy the Countys needs or to ensure adequate competition on any project or task order work. Bids must be signed by an owner, partner or corporate official who has been authorized to make such commitments.
