Maricopa County Waste Resources & Recycling Division of Environmental Services is requesting Grinding Services related to the WR&R Green Waste Program of grinding stockpiled green organics materials at designated Transfer Station site locations. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids. Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors. All questions must be submitted electronically only by the date and time listed in the bid. The price submitted by contractor shall be on a per ton basis. The unit price shall include all equipment, labor to operate grinder and transportation of all equipment per event scheduled Tonnage shall be agreed upon by the County and the Contractor prior to the start of each grinding event.
