Maricopa County (County) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed qualifications electronically to provide Job Order Contracting design phase services, as needed, and construction phase services as described herein. Construction services may include but are not limited to supplying all labor, material, and equipment to complete Transportation Systems Management Operations (TSMO) projects. Additional roadway work may be required for TSMO upgrades and repairs to include concrete flatwork, curbs, curb and gutter, pedestrian ramps, intersection lighting, pavement markings, and roadway signage. Other Miscellaneous items may include fiber optic installation/relocations, utility relocations, extra coordination efforts, landscape and irrigation restoration, relocating or rebuilding fences of various materials and other related work. The County MCDOT intends to award up to two job order contracts to separate persons or firms. The estimated budget for construction for the first year is $250,000.00.
