Renovation of a municipal facility in Assonet, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 24, 2019, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** Estimated Cost $42,000+/- Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Installation of Town Hall stand-by generator and all electrical work to allow generator to be operational. This not a sealed bid project per M.G.L. c. 30B. Prevailing wage will apply. The contractor shall deliver, set-up and install a generator and transfer switch of the type listed in the specification listed above or equal. All bids must include the cost to deliver, set-up and install a generator and transfer switch. All electrical wiring, electrical panels/boxes and connections outside and inside of the building must be included in the bid price. The system must be guaranteed to be operational following installation of the generator and transfer switch. The Town will coordinate with the successful bidder to have an installed propane tank installed as part of the installation process. New England Generator Corp bid multiple product options. They were the apparent low bidder based on their lowest priced option. 1) $35,381.25 - 36 CCL custom order generator 2) $28,010.50 - 36 CCL stock order generator 3) $27,182.60 - 38 RCL in stock generator
