Highway - STH 80 Project Limits - Illinois State Line to Sth 11 County - Grant Anticipated Construction Cost $14,000,000-$14,999,999 This Project will rehabilitate; resurface and replace pavement on approximately 15.5 miles of STH 11 and STH 80 near Hazel Green and Platteville in Grant County. The proposed design will rehabilitate the aged, cracked and deteriorating pavement. Treatment is needed to extend the pavement service life. Pavement replacement via mill & overlay, spot curb & gutter repair, update curb ramps to ADA requirements, replace guard rail end terminals as needed, & intersection improvements at STH 11/80 & STH 80/81, Concrete surface repair & other minor repairs to B-22-07. Limits: WI-IL border, 1250' west of Oak St, Hazel Green, & BUS 151. Located in V & T of Hazel Green, C & T of Platteville, T of Smelser, Grant Cty. Gaps at northern intersection of STH 11/80, V of Cuba City, & STH 80/USH 151 interchange The contract price will be based on the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ; Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultants estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultants actual indirect rate. Do not include any information that meets the definition of "trade secret" as that term is defined in s. 134.90(1)(c), Wis. Stats. Rehabilitate and replace the pavement. Update curb ramps as needed to meet American Disabilities Act requirements.
