Renovation of a municipal facility in Smiths Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,404-square-foot municipal facility.
To renovate the interior and exterior of existing office space for the new Town Hall (Municipal Complex - Phase 2). The 9404 square foot interior office fit up will focus on the modernization of the interior spaces. The project will involve the demolition and disposal of material from the existing space as well as additional requirements that are outlined in the general requirements of the project specification. The project includes but is not limited to the incorporation of site work, concrete, masonry, metals, structural & miscellaneous, woodwork, moisture protection, lighting, electrical, plumbing, doors, glass and windows and finishes.
