Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Estimated construction budget is $300-350K. The work shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: 1) Interior painting of an existing 500,000 gallon steel ground storage tank (40height) and related renovation items; 2) Interior painting of a 200,000 gallon water spheroid (132 to HWL) and related renovatiaon items; and 3) Interior painting of a 200,000 gallon water spheroid (130 to HWL) and related renovation items. Tank sites 1 and 2 are on District property in Rankin County, Mississippi and tank site 3 is on District property in Madison County, Mississippi. Bidder must be qualified to perform the work, including tank painting and related work. Qualifications and experience shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents and provided by the Bidder, if requested by the District. The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
