The Work of this tender is to provide all machinery, tools, apparatus, materials and other means of construction for the construction of a new fire station and headquarters building, including related site works, to be located at a property located at the northwest corner of Zents Drive and Brock Road (1700 Zents Drive), Pickering, ON., in accordance with the attached drawings and the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein to the satisfaction of the City. Construction of a new 15,000 sq ft. fire station with headquarters facilities located on a second floor above the station living quarters on an approximately 2.0 acre green field site, including: - Site works (utilities, parking, landscape, etc.) - 3 pull-through apparatus bay - Fire crew living quarters - Landmark elevation and profile on Brock Road - Related mechanical and electrical work.
