The project is expected to be awarded on January 14, 2020.** For Cheektowaga Sloan Union Free School District Capital Outlay Project 2019-2020 / Re-Bid Vestibule / Exterior Door Replacements Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
