Project consists of demolition and renovation of existing Varsity and Junior Varsity Baseball Fields, including demolition and renovation of existing varsity and junior varsity softball field dugouts, at Colton High School for Colton Joint Unified School District, Colton. California, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by WestbergWhite, Inc., Architects. Work includes: 1. Demolition Work Consisting of: a. Demolition and removal of following to accommodate construction of new facilities: 1) Existing dugout structures, where indicated, including related footings, foundations, and slabs. 2) Existing above and below grade site improvements, including, but not necessarily limited to: a) Hardscape b) Irrigation systems and landscaping 2. New Construction Consisting of: a. New concrete masonry and steel frame dugouts with standing seam roofing. b. New aluminum bleachers. 3. Site Improvement Work Consisting of: a. Site Fencing: 1) Chain link fences and gates. 2) Decorative metal fences and gates. 4. Baseball Field Equipment consisting of: a. Backstop Safety Netting. b. Foul Poles c. Outfield Batter's Eye 5. Hardscape and landscaping surrounding new structures, including, but not necessarily limited to: a. Asphalt paving. b. Concrete Paving c. Field re-grading. d.
