The general description of types of construction and limits for which bids will be received shall be as follows: Section 1 – Wells – (June 1, 2020 Substantial Completion) 1. Construction of two (2) new wells located as shown on the site plan. 2. Miscellaneous work to complete project Section 1 – Alternate 1 – Access Road – (June 1, 2020 Substantial Completion) 1. Access road to construction area located per preliminary plat. Section 2 – Electrical & Well House – (June 1, 2020 Substantial Completion excluding Generator) 1. Construction of all electrical, site piping, and well house as shown in the plans. 2. Seeding and mulching and other surface replacement 3. Miscellaneous work to complete project Section 2 – Alternate 1 – Generator – (October 1, 2020 Substantial Completion) 1. Construction of generator with secondary containment. 2. Miscellaneous work to complete project The project is located at the following area within Wright County: 320TH ST (C56) AND IA17 NE1/4&SE1/4 OF NE1/4 OF SECTION 28/T 90N/R 26W An approximate 1 acre parcel within the 80 acre Agribusiness Park located at the SW corner of the intersection of County Rd C56 and State Highway 17.
