Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Clarion, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a 363,392-square-foot educational facility.
Project Scope: The project is an addition of a new practice gym to the existing middle school/elementary school. Included in the project are varsity football level locker rooms that will double as changing spaces for physical education. There is also an entry lobby with concessions, and other related Work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. The project is located at Clarion-Goldfield-Dows Middle School, 301 - 3rd Avenue NE, Clarion, Iowa The work shall commence within ten (10) days after receipt by the contractor of a written notice to proceed, and shall be substantially completed on or before the 22nd day of July 2022, subject to any changes in the contract period as provided for in these specifications, and granted by the Board of Directors. The Work shall be finally completed by, and ready for final payment, on or before the 12th day of August 2022, subject to any changes in the contract period as provided for in these specifications and granted by the Board of Directors of the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows Community School District.
