Renovation of a day care center in Clarion, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,400-square-foot day care center.
Approximately 10,400 square foot renovation of the south half of the existing Mosaic Building at 210 2nd Street NW in Clarion, Iowa for the future use by Kids Korner Daycare. The project includes new architectural finishes, casework, plumbing, electrical, doors, windows, exterior paving, fire suppression, HVAC equipment/ductwork, and other improvements and related work indicated in the drawings and specifications. The project will consist of multiple bid packages. Bids will then be taking under consideration by the City Council at their meeting on the 18th day of February 2022 at 4:30 p.m.
