The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida (Board), intends to commission one firm or joint venture as a Construction Management at-Risk (CMR) firm for the following General Obligation Bond (GOB) funded project: RENOVATIONS AT GLADES MIDDLE SCHOOL 9451 SW 64 Street Miami, FL 33173. Construction Budget: $4,798,172. As of July 1, 2020, this project is in the design phase. A Construction Manager and architect has been selected. A firm construction timeline has not been established. As of December 8, 2021, this project is still in the design phase with drawings at 50% complete. Bidding is expected to take place in the spring for a summer construction start. As of June 8, 2022, project is still in the preconstruction phase and a timeline for bidding is not yet known. As of November 8, 2022, project may have been delayed. A timeline has not been shared and is not yet known.
