Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's license issued by the Régie du Quebec building. For any information, the tenderer must communicate, in writing only, with André Boisvert, head of the supply division of the City of L'Assomption, by email at the address appeldoffres@ville.lassomption.qc.ca, and this, at least seven (7) days prior to the opening of bids to allow a Project Authority to respond to all inquiries prior to the opening of bids. All requests received after this deadline may not be considered. Responses will be communicated in writing to all bidders. REQUIREMENTS Each tender must be accompanied by a tender bond issued in favor of the City of L'Assomption in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total tender, including taxes.
