Contract Number 19-1A to Mortimers Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $5,351,322 Contract Number 19-1B to D & M Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $4,481,000 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TOTAL AWARD AMOUNT: $9,832,322 Furnish labor, materials and equipment required to install approximately 33,500 feet of 24" diameter PVC water line to provide a redundant water main between the Water Treatment Plant and Reservoir Number 4. Contract Number 19-1A includes approximately 21,100 feet of 24" diameter PVC water line and appurtenances. Contract Number 19-1B includes approximately 12,450 feet of 24" diameter PVC and ductile iron water line and appurtenances. Contract Number 19-1B also includes two valve vaults and two connections to Reservoir Number 4. Project Cost Estimate: Contract Number 19-1A = $5,600,000 Contract Number 19-1B = $3,650,000 Anticipated Notice of Award: October 23, 2019 Construction Schedule: Work shall be completed within 240 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
