Renovation of a medical facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") to solicit proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposers") for the Replacement of Fill Material for our HSC Cooling Towers (second Half). Cutoff for Questions: Date: September 25, 2019 Time: 12:00 pm (Noon). Substantial Completion within - Wednesday, April 1, 2020, Final Completion within - is also Wednesday April 1, 2020. Liquidated damages shall be assessed at $500.00 per day for each day late in achieving Substantial Completion and $250 per day for each late in achieving Final Completion.
