Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Youngstown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $18,500.00The project involves masonry cleaning, repair, rebuilding and repointing of an historic brick wall at Old Fort Niagara State Historic Site -within Fort Niagara State Park. The contractors will be cleaning the existing wall with an eco-friendly solution, grinding out deteriorated mortar joints and removing failing brick, installing new brick and mortar, and inspecting the overall wall for structural integrity. Repair of limestone blocks is also required.The completion date for this project is 270 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller Office.
