Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: 180 days Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $42,000.00 The Estimate Range for this project is: $715,000 - $965,000 Project Specific Liquidated Damages $1,500.00/day The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
