As of June 1, 2022, the owner has canceled the project. The project consists of tenant improvements and renovation of an existing 80,000 square foot building located at 850 Gray Avenue, Yuba City, CA, 95991. The building will become the county's new Health and Human Services Building and contain a mix of open/closed office spaces, counseling rooms, and exam rooms. The project will consist of: Demo and replacement of the existing CMU south, west, and north exterior walls. A newly constructed eastern exterior wall to be set-back from the existing eastern wall, structurally separating the building from the adjacent Factory 2 U store building (860 Gray Avenue, Yuba City, CA, 95991) Additions to the original floorplan to add ~5000 square feet. The existing roof structure will be repaired, reinforced and reroofed and new roof structure added for additions to building New HVAC units, and ductwork New electrical service, distribution, and generator New fire sprinkler and fire alarm system
