Scope of work includes Cold mill and Asphalt overlay, removal & replacement of Portland Cement Concrete curb & gutter, concrete bus pad, curb ramps, driveway approaches, and sidewalk, adjustment of surface utility covers, signing & striping, installation of detection loops, and all appurtenant excavation and grading. From the time of City Council contract award until work completion, the Contractor shall possess a valid California Class A Contractors license. All sub-contractors shall be properly licensed for their respective trades There is no scheduled pre-bid job walk. If you wish to deliver via courier service, please note that all visitors must sign in with Reception desk located on 1st floor of Ross Annex.
